Gentle Yoga with Steffie

I'm Back on the Mat – and I Can't Wait to Practice with You!

This year, I'm returning to teaching yoga, and I’m so excited to reconnect and move together again. Stay tuned for monthly offerings—I’d love to share space with you.

The yoga I offer is gentle, grounding, and welcoming to every body—no matter your experience level.

In each class, we’ll:

✨ Gently move to release tension and stuck energy
✨ Prepare the body and mind to relax and soften
✨ Tune into what needs your awareness and care
✨ Connect deeply with the breath and your inner self
✨ Leave feeling refreshed, nourished, and recharged

We'll also sprinkle in some aromatherapy and optional hands-on assists to deepen your experience.

Let’s breathe, move, and realign—together.

In this heart centered yoga workshop, we will focus on nourishing the mind-body connection though gentle movement and breath, for all levels of yoga experience. Listening to the body, we will lean into to the essence of our own personal yoga practice, and explore creative ways to establish a unique consistent home practice for each workshop attendee.

When we have been away from our yoga practice and self-care routines it can be difficult to find our way back without some support. I’m here to share my journey and to help you along your way. It happens that we all need to recharge, recenter and start fresh. Summer is a great time to connect and tune in to that yearning we all have to heal and grow, to recharge our minds and bodies, and to nourish the self. Taking this time for ourselves helps us become more present and available for others, for whatever life brings, and for anything we want to manifest into our lives.

Equine Massage

More information coming soon for equine massage appointments and availability.

The method I have studied focuses on finding a more natural alignment through myofascial manipulation and muscle release techniques.

Fascia is the layer of connective tissue that surrounds all the muscles, joints, and organs in your body. Healthy fascia is a crucial factor in improving the whole horse.

Equine massage has been known to:

Improve posture.

Promote more efficient movement, which lowers risk of injury.

Relieve discomfort.

Improve circulation.

Relieve stress.

Improve digestion.

Improve problem issues with saddling and tacking.
