With a background in yoga and visual art, since 2007 Steffie has been a licensed massage therapist and a massage therapy instructor. She has completed many certifications to help you with your wellness goals and considers herself a life-long learner. 

She specializes in therapeutic massage, Thai inspired energy work and passive stretching, foot reflexology, aromatherapy, and guided breathing exercises for you to be well and live the life you love.

In 2024, Steffie also became certified in Equine Massage Therapy.

She brings a wealth of knowledge, a spirit of deep kindness, and an artistic spark of creativity to all of her work.
