gentle yoga & guided breathing
This is a private or small group yoga session including guided breathing exercises.
This yoga is very gentle and adaptable for any person and level of yoga experience.
In each session, we will:
Gently move to release tension and stuck energy
Prepare the body and mind to relax and soften
Tune into what needs your awareness and care
Connect deeply with the breath and your inner self
Leave feeling refreshed, nourished, and recharged
We'll also sprinkle in some aromatherapy and optional hands-on assists to deepen your experience.
