gentle yoga & guided breathing

This is a private or small group yoga session including guided breathing exercises.

This yoga is very gentle and adaptable for any person and level of yoga experience.

Our goals  are to:

move the body to free up any stagnation, stuckness, tension

prepare the body and mind to relax and become open to connect the mind - body - spirit

bring awareness to any areas that need attention

connect with the breath and go within

We will incorporate some aromatherapy and some hands-on yoga assists as well.

Equine Massage

The method I have studied focuses on finding a more natural alignment through myofascial manipulation and muscle release techniques.

Fascia is the layer of connective tissue that surrounds all the muscles, joints, and organs in your body. Healthy fascia is a crucial factor in improving the whole horse.

Equine massage has been known to:

Improve posture.

Promote more efficient movement, which lowers risk of injury.

Relieve discomfort.

Improve circulation.

Relieve stress.

Improve digestion.

Improve problem issues with saddling and tacking.
