Welcome to MT Zen Den

Massage Therapy Musings. Grab your favorite cozy beverage, get comfortable and join an amazing group of fellow MTs! Rather than just write and muse, I'd love to start a conversation. When we connect and support each other in a group our brains actually release oxytocin, that feel good natural high, and our bodies love this feeling, and our clients and loved ones love it when we feel good and have more energy. When we are not burned out, everyone benefits! I'm so thankful and excited to have your join me on this journey.

Equine Massage

More information coming soon for equine massage appointments and availability.

The method I have studied focuses on finding a more natural alignment through myofascial manipulation and muscle release techniques.

Fascia is the layer of connective tissue that surrounds all the muscles, joints, and organs in your body. Healthy fascia is a crucial factor in improving the whole horse.

Equine massage has been known to:

Improve posture.

Promote more efficient movement, which lowers risk of injury.

Relieve discomfort.

Improve circulation.

Relieve stress.

Improve digestion.

Improve problem issues with saddling and tacking.
